St Cathryn’s news

2016-06-22 06:00

St Cathryn’s members are reminded of the Farmers’ Agri-care Monthly Mug over 18 holes this Saturday 25 June, with some members playing their match play rounds as well. These members must take note of their earlier tee-off times. These match play rounds could almost be classed as the Comrades Marathon of golf, because a player could play 72 holes of golf this weekend.

Notices and posters are starting to appear on notice boards with the information about the Hermannsburg School Golf Day to be played on the weekend of 23 and 24 September. Golfers can play either on the Friday or the Saturday, with the format being better ball Stableford. Please contact the school should you wish to take advantage of the sponsorship opportunities or enter a four ball to play.

Dates for July

Sunday 2: Triangular competition at Mandini.

Saturday 23: Sanlam Cancer Challenge as well as Farmers’ Agri-Care Monthly Mug.

To book for golf, phone Piet on 083 269 1661.
