CONGRATULATIONS to teenager Amy Cope of Greytown on completing the recent 109km Cape Town Cycle Tour in the amazing time of 5:20 minutes.

As a 14 year old Amy was finally able to compete officially - she rode the entire race alone, and finished strong staying focused in mind and body.

Amy wore her pink "Sabrina Love" cycling attire with pride, showing her support for the charity "Sabrina Love Foundation", which raises funds for cerebral palsy and special needs children.

Her commitment to this charity event was enhanced through the birth of her nephew a year ago with cerebral palsy. Amy is the daughter of Steve and Cathy Cope of Greytown.
