IT has been said that the simplest ideas are the best. How is this one for top scores and promoting the true Christmas spirit.

Last year Dulcie Jacobz of Greytown asked around for coffee mugs – most people have spares or old ones no longer used. She received enough (unbroken and undamaged) to give one to each of the youngsters at Khayalami Children’s Village.

Making it even more special for them as can be seen from the photograph each mug was filled with sweets. This year Dulcie has chosen the Greytown Children’s Home and needs 150 mugs as well as sweets, chips, nuts, etc.

Please check your kitchen cupboards and packed away boxes for a mug or two or three. If you do not have any spare, some sweets would be a great idea too.

To drop off mugs, etc,. contact Dulcie on
082 437 5195, NCT office, 168 Voortrekker Street or Jolene at Greytown Drugstore.
