UMVOTI Karate Academy did extremely well in the provincial tournament hosted by the Zululand district two weeks ago.
Eleven fighters took part from the academy and came home with two golds and one bronze medal. Sensei Sbonelo Mkhize was proud of their performance and thanked parents and sponsors, Umvoti Aids Centre director for the support.
This month the Umvoti Academy will be hosting junior grading and at the beginning of July will be taking part in the SA championships in Cape Town.

Umvoti is very proud of Sensei Sbonelo, who will represent South Africa in Greece from 5 to 13 July.
