HUBERTO’S Ice Cream is helped to move the Cow herd, a fund-raising arm of Choc, from Pietermaritzburg to Durban in this year’s Tsogo Sun Amashova Cycle Race.

Melissa Cuthbert, owner of Huberto’s, had no hesitation in sponsoring the Cows first Amashova ice-cream bike.

“I think it is a fabulous cause to support and the ice-cream bike will certainly keep everyone entertained en-route as it has been equipped with a sound system.”

The herd has 25 Cows who completed various distances in the event, with the bulk starting in Pietermaritzburg.

“It is going to be phenomenal to see a farmyard of Cows working together as a team. We have pushers and pullers to help get the bike all the way. It’s not about the time, it’s about raising awareness, raising funds and showing our support to those little super heroes fighting cancer,” said Iris Varty (aka, Mama Moo).
