DANCE partners, Jenna Moodie and Keegan Barnes, recently competed in the South African Championships of Performing Arts in Rustenburg and won two gold medals and a silver in the hip-hop, musical theatre and lyrical dance categories.

The duo have been selected as part of the South African squad and will compete in five dances in the World Championships of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, California between 6 and 22 July.

Various fundraising initiatives and shows have been set up to help the team raise the funds needed ahead of the world champs. The SA squad appeal to the community to get behind them and show their support by attending fundraising shows or donating prizes. All assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The next event to raise funds for the SA squad is a show called Road to Hollywood which Moodie and Barnes will be performing in.

It takes place at Crawford College La Lucia on 26 June.
