HALFWAY Ford Waterfall’s first priority has always been the customer, and this will continue to be their vision.

County Ford Waterfall opened its doors in January 2015 and introduced their new name, Halfway Ford Waterfall, on 1 January.

According to Dealer Principle Ward Huxtable the Waterfall Ford branch is aligning itself with the rest of the group.

“The Halfway name is synonymous in the motor industry and is a strong name and we are proud to align ourselves with the brand. All County Ford dealerships in South Africa will be taking on the Halfway brand,” said Huxtable.

The dealership in Waterfall is already known to meet customers’ changing needs and their success story sees buyers returning for more.

When a potential car buyer walks into Halfway Ford Waterfall they enjoy a complete, professional experience.

According to sales manager Rodney McDonald they offer the Ford option packages that allows customers to drive a new car more often and choose the payment package that suits them.

Their service centre is also putting them on the map as the fully-equipped and qualified team can work on a car in record time.

McDonald said the success of their sales is due to their hands-on approach with all aspects at the dealership.

“Our sales guys are experienced and have been in the industry for a number of years. We ensure to give customers the best service at all times,” he said.

“There is a family feel about our business and when we employ someone we ensure they fit into the happy environment in the sales team,” said Huxtable.

The sales team are equipped to advise customers on their individual needs and help them find a vehicle to suit their requirements. The friendly team of Kendall Williams, Craig Walker, Grant Gibson, Michael Sofohlo, Phillip Mnguni and Nadeem Hamid will be up front to greet you with a smile.

Customer care consultant Jazz Crosswaite is there to ensure that all needs are met.

When the customer has fallen in love with a vehicle of their choice, they meet the finance and insurance manager Deanne Ballington, who will tailor-make a package that suits them.

When the car requires servicing, the team at Halfway Ford Waterfall are there to ensure a quick turn-around time.

“We can service a car and have it washed while the customer waits and enjoys some coffee,” said Huxtable. “All this is done with the customer’s needs in mind. Our service department is headed by Gareth Crouch and are a team that is fully equipped in diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission repairs and all other service needs.
