ON TREND officially opened in June 2015 is an exciting hot spot for those who love fashion as there are unique pieces that you will not find anywhere else in the city.

Speaking to the Fever owner Fiona Harker said that she was to open “On Trend” because of her love for fashion. “I have always been inspired by fashion and have loved fashion since before I can remember. An opportunity arose in December 2014 for me to take over and existing boutique and I opted for the opportunity. I had a vision to introduce local talent which is more suitable for the trendy South African form from young adults to the trendy mature woman,” she said.

Harker said that On Trend is a store that is proud supporters of local designers and currently stocks nine Durban based young designers. “Some of our local designers are, handbag designer Becca Blair, jewellery designer Chey Grossberg, fashion labels Tasha’s Closet, Tina-Sheen, Sesame, Nude and well known swimwear Abiroad Designs and Roxstar and the gorgeous Saint & Summer range of shoes.”

“Our store also plans on going online this year.”
