A MAN, believed to be in his twenties, was killed early last Wednesday when his vehicle rolled off the M13 near Dawncliff in Hillcrest.

ER24 paramedics found the overturned vehicle lying in the centre medium.

Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson said: “It is believed the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll and crash into a rock wall, coming to rest upside down in the centre medium.

“On assessment paramedics found the lone occupant trapped in the vehicle.

“Unfortunately, he had sustained a fatal head injury and had succumbed to his injury. Nothing more could be done for him and he was declared dead.

“Fire services had to later use the jaws of life to free the body from the vehicle.”

Authorities are investigating. - Supplied.
