ST Mary’s held their annual Old Girls’ Day at the school grounds where over 160 girls attended recently. The day begun with a special chapel service where the high-school choir performed followed with an operatic number from Old Girl, Lisa Engelbrecht (1983). The crowd then turned to reminiscing and laughter over tea and treats.

After further entertainment by the William Saints Singers, a newly formed choir of which a number of the members are Old Girls, Executive Principal, Jonathan Manley, addressed the crowd. The Old Girls then had fun visiting their favourite spots from their school years, as well as the new additions and developments such as Statue Grace and the Creativity Centre.

The Greek-themed lunch wowed the Old Girls and chatter could be heard late into the afternoon. St Mary’s extends thanks to the many who attended and those who travelled long distances to make it to their 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 year reunions.
