IT is the time of year when we reflect on the past and be grateful to all those who helped us achieve our goals and played a part in our success.

At the Hillcrest Fever we are grateful to our readers who have helped us reach new heights of journalistic excellence.

You have inspired and transformed us.

2015 has presented all of us with challenges and opportunities. We have listened as you have shared your stories with us. We recognise how lucky we are to find ourselves in the company of those who are transforming their industries.

We are indebted to those who have given of their time to make our community better by giving back with open arms, sharing feedback, or contributing articles for publication.

We expect that 2016 will be another year of what you’ve come to expect from us editorially—informative profiles and thought-provoking news stories.

I have enjoyed meeting so many of you, and hope for more lasting relationships in 2016.

I wish all our readers, happiness and joy this Christmas and New Year.

Thank you for your loyalty in 2015.

Inside News24

How much food do you need to concentrate?

We have been taught that we need three meals a day in order to make it through the day and while most of us indulge in more than our fair share there is a large portion of South Africans who are living off barely enough to sustain them.
