RECOGNISED for their expertise and experience in treating today’s top skin and body concerns, Aqua Spa recently took top honours at a prestigious award ceremony held in Cape Town.

Leaving many hopeful beauty spas in the dust, Aqua Spa claimed first place in Dermalogica’s Mystery Guest Results survey in their Platinum Circle Skin Centre Group - beating beauty spas from across South Africa.

Not only do they offer clients expert advice, professio-nal consultations, state-of-the-art treatments and pro-ducts, but they also demonstrate unparalleled professio-nalism in the skin care and body therapy industry.

According to Lauren Gibson, Dermalogica Cape Town Regional Manager, the Platinum Circle is Dermalogica’s top skin centre which adheres to a minimum requirement to offer consumers the best Dermalogica experience in their skin centres.

“As part of this programme, Dermalogica sends in my-stery guests for treatments, as well as mystery shoppers as walk-in-clients to assess the standard of the skin centre.”

According to Gibson, Aqua Spa achieved the first place for the highest score in these assessments, which is an incredible achievement.

“Their dedication to education, customer service and creating the ultimate client experience is evident,” says Gibson.

Furthermore, Aqua Spa owner Lorinda Maritz, achieved third place for the highest sales submissions for Dermalogica products in South Africa.

“Not only does this show her care and compassion for recommending the right products to change consumers’ skin, but it shows her dedication and passion to our brand,” says Gibson.
