NOT stopping there for the day, the RFAD realised one more dream - that of Simankele’s who was dreaming about playing with Mickey Mouse and having his own yellow Lamborghini.

FUNKY Frogz Jeffreys Bay and Treasureland Port Elizabeth ‘flew’ Mickey Mouse all the way from Disneyland to spend a day with this brave little boy.

“Simamkele’s dream was remarkably memorable,” says Mazomba. “Apart from his playing with his new best friend, they shared a funny photoshoot and kicked a ball or two. This was the best day in this young dreamer’s life; one never to be forgotten.”

  • For 28 years, the Reach for a Dream Foundation (RFAD), has brought hope, joy and healing to South African Children and their families by offering children a magical moment to regain their childhood that is being lost to an illness.
