WHEN you need a new or used motor vechi-cle, accompanied by excellent service and served with a big smile, who do you call?

Dirk Ellis Volkswagen in Jeffreys Bay, without a doubt.

The local Volkswagen dealership scooped three distinguished awards at the annual Grand Prix Awards held in Johannesburg last week.

The Grand Prix Awards recognise and reward outstanding service within the Volkswagen South Africa Dealer Network, as well as to thank employees for their dedication and steadfast loyalty to help grow the Volkswagen brand.

On the night, Dirk Ellis Junior and Werner Olivier ended in pole position, bagging three of the prestigious awards in their respective categories.

Ellis was crowned the Best New Vehicle Sales Manager in Category C in South Africa - his third award in four years - while Olivier was named the best MasterCars Sales Mana-ger in Category C in South Africa. Olivier furthermore walked away with the Customer Service Index (CSI) Award - proving that Dirk Ellis Volkswagen strives for service excellence, and achieves it.

Over the years the Dirk Ellis brand has become synonymous with service excellence in the Eastern Cape and the greater South African automotive industry. They believe that people are at the heart of everything they do. As the seller of people’s cars, they are passionate about South Africans.

Their recipe for success?

“To uphold the proud legacy of Dirk Ellis, the founder of Dirk Ellis Volkswagen, in everything I do,” says Olivier. “It is a proud and humble moment to assist the children of customers to whom he sold vehicles in the 80s and 90s with their vehicle needs.

“I strive to provide excellent service and the best quality vehicles.”

According to Ellis, who made the top ten CSI-list, their success can be contributed to excellent teamwork. “It is encouraging to know that we have a dedicated and hardworking team that is committed to outstanding service.

“We want to thank all our loyal clients for their support and for affording us the opportunity to be our best. Without them these awards would not have been possible.”
