HUMANSDORP Toyota is setting the pace in excellent customer experience in South Africa.

The outstanding dealership once again received the prestigious Customer Experience (CE) Dealer of the Year award in their respective category at the recent annual National Dealer Awards in Cape Town.

This award has become synonymous with Humansdorp Toyota winning the title four times as overall National Dealer of the Year and six times in their respective category.

The CE award is based on the service delivery offered to customers in all departments - putting customers first with open and honest communication and accepting responsibility for everything they do, the main objective being to provide service beyond customers’ expectations and creating customer smiles along the way.

“My excellent team and I would like to thank all our customers for the opportunity to showcase our respect and appreciation for their loyal support to our dealership and the opportunity to create customer smiles,” says Humansdorp Toyota Dealer Principal Johan Brits. “Ultimately, it is you who made this prestigious and special award possible.

“In saying that, I cannot let the opportunity pass to thank Humansdorp Toyota’s biggest asset, our loyal personnel, for their hard work and dedication. It is with this type of excellent team effort that we ensure our customers return to our dealership year after year, and we keep them part of our Humansdorp Toyota family. I salute you all.”

Awarded dealers received exotic trips abroad as a token of appreciation for their efforts to value the Toyota brand and to assist in ensuring Toyota remains the number one manufacturer in South Africa for the 37th consecutive year.
