TAKE your Valentine on an unforgettable Stand Up Paddle Tour (SUP) exploring the beautiful lagoons the area has to offer or go for a surf lesson with Jeffreys Bay Adventures.

Celebrating the month of love, Jeffreys Bay Adventures is giving one lucky Kouga Express couple a R500 voucher which can either be used for a two-hour SUP Tour or a two-hour surf lesson.

All equipment needed for the surf lesson are included.

The surf lesson is broken into a short theory chat on the beach, where students will practice what is being taught whilst still on the sand. Then it’s time to test the surf theory by taking to the water. This is the fun part of the surf lesson. Surfing is a true conviction of “practice makes perfect”, and one thing is for sure, you will want to practice to feel that thrill over and over again of standing on your first wave!

Island Vibe Surf Camp instructors are highly qualified and have been surfing themselves since a tender age and worked on various surf camps around the world.

Unlike traditional surfing where the ri-der is sitting until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders maintain an upright stance on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves thorough the water.

Jeffreys Bay Adventures offers a few different options for your SUP adventure.

A river cruise which lasts 2-3 hours. This paddle takes you up the Kabeljouws River, as well as a Marina sunset and cocktail paddle which lasts 1 hour. This paddle takes you through the canals of the Marina Martinique Estate. You will end off sipping a cocktail watching the sun go down.
