WHAT does the PMB municipality do when water restrictions are imposed?

Since it is 1pm and all the Msunduzi staff are on lunch, leaving a hydrant on to gush kilo litres of water out.

We will have to wait till 2pm for them to get back on the clock and pretend to remedy this situation.

Apparently an Indian woman on the rampage is also quite a hilarious picture, which can only elicit sneers and giggles from the grass-lounging crew.
