KZN youth must defeat filthy tactics

2016-12-14 06:01

DSTV’s Caught On Camera showed a pack of lions attacking a buffalo calf, throwing it violently into a river.

As the lions pull at it, out of the river emerges a four-metre-long crocodile trying to drag the calf back to the river, but the powerful lions win the tussle.

The leader of buffaloes organised a rescue plan to free the calf, charging in unison with determination and umshini wami. The bull leader began the offensive. The lions were already starting to prepare for a dinner-table feast. The bull leader flung away one lion and the whimpering calf was rescued.

This video has been watched by millions of people across the globe. I am sure that the commander of these buffalo “soldiers”, deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa, can buy it for far above R23 m.

Despite demonisation of ANC veterans and stalwarts by the great looter of our 20-year-old democracy, President Jacob Zuma confronted ANC leaders fearlessly and with determination.

These mid-wives of our emancipation were called by Kebby Maphatsoa “empty tins”, this “full tin” deserted MK camps and lied that he lost his army in the “battles with Boers”.

The veterans and stalwarts, like buffalo troops, have a clear agenda to defend our calf, the public purse whose chief security Pravin Gordhan is under siege.

By mobilising Zulu and young comrades, Zuma is trying to blackmail the ANC. It’s a filthy and divisive tactic and it must be defeated by us in this province by mobilising the people, deepening political consciousness among our Zulu clan. It is untrue that all Zulu in the ANC in this province support the ANC lootocrats.

Zuma knows that Josiah Gumede, Chief Albert Luthuli, Harry Gwala, Moses Mabhida, Dorothy Nyembe, Tryphina Njokweni, Curnick Ndlovu, Justice Mpanza, Gladys Manzi, Judson Khuzwayo and Dumisani Makhaye were not tribalist, so why is he a tribalist?

Zuma harassed Khuzwayo’s spirit and disliked Thami Zulu (Boniface Ngwenya), they were Zulu.

We know Blade Nzimande, Senzo Mchunu and other Polokwane triumphalists no longer sing umshini wami. That is why the chief looter is now targeting deep rural areas like Dumbe.

My standing ovation goes to Dr Albertina Luthuli, Gordhan, Ivan Pillay and Zac Yacoob for being loyal to what Chief Albert Luthuli, Ismail C. Meer, Harry Gwala, Pass Four Phungula, Pius Langa and Monty Naicker stood for. I do not remember a single day that Luthuli summoned us to Florida Road or to the Isibaya Casino restaurant demanding us to enrich her children.

Luthuli, Sophie de Bruyn, Thuli Madonsela, Barbara Masekela, Getrude Shope, Barbara Hogan and Cheryl Carolus are among the women whom Bathabile Dlamini and Lindiwe Zulu must attempt to emulate.

These women veterans and stalwarts are disciples of Charlotte Maxeke, Lillian Ngoyi, Fatima Meer, Dora Tamane, Josiah Mpama, Ray Alexander, Florence Moposho, Eldah Gwala, Ruth First and Epainette Mbeki.

Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma must speak out against state capture and Edward Zuma, the spokesperson of AmaNxamalala Enrichment Drive, at all costs.
