Smanga realises there’s more to the confrontation that happened at The Eat. Things get ugly between mother and daughter when Nandi voices her suspicions. Mrekza is a mess after an unexpected phone call.

Is Ofentse going to stick to his truce with Sechaba, or is he going to align himself with his mother? Wendy tries desperately to win back her family’s favour much to Anja’s detriment.

The miners avenge their aptitude test failure and Morongwa’s latest scheme goes bust.

Sechaba and Lerato cannot believe Ofentse’s nerve when he comes with a special request. Anja and Lalage have a special but brief mother and daughter moment.

Morongwa starts believing that Gatanga is the reason behind her woes.

Ofentse, aided by his mother, is deeply engrossed in his power play. Wendy receives unpleasant news and while her and Sechaba face seemingly insurmountable challenges, Morongwa falls prey to Matlala’s superstitions.

Ntate Chefu lament’s the cold war between Sechaba and Ofentse. Wendy’s time at the penthouse is up, she has nowhere to go. Gatanga warns Thabang against the likes of Matlala and Charlie.

Wednesday, August 16

Ntate Chefu instructs Ofentse to do as Sechaba says, riling Ofentse. Lalage appeals to Hendrik’s Christian values. Matlala gives Thabang herbs for erectile dysfunction.

Romeo has a very rude awakening and inadvertently places himself in grave danger.

Boniswa is given some advice which doesn’t sit comfortably with her. Dintle is thwarted by an NFH employee.

Romeo comes close to crossing a major line, and fears that he may not be forgiven by someone close to him. Boniswa nervously prepares herself for conquest.

Ingrid wonders if two people who almost became an item still have feelings for each other.

Grace finds herself bonding with someone she has always despised, and makes an admission which could land her in trouble with the law. Boniswa’s plan backfires but all is not lost. Javas is finding it difficult to keep his private feelings private.

Lerumo is extremely relieved that a serious crime was not committed, and Romeo bounces back from his trauma. A truce is declared, but it is not clear whether it is real or just a tactic. Dintle is disappointed by Quinton.

Wednesday, August 16

Grace decides to take a stand against the horror of her past. Dintle is made a promise which could change her future. Mary panics about an imminent situation and Chumani makes a decisive move.

Thandaza finds what looks like incriminating evidence in Gugu’s diary. James kicks Thandaza out of his house. Azwindini and Mpho are at odds with each other over the baby issue.

Friday, August 11

Imani fuels Thandaza’s suspicions. James’ lawyer drops a bombshell on Thandaza. Will Vho-Masindi resolve Azwindini’s marital woes?

Monday, August 14

Will Thandaza survive this latest betrayal? James has Plan B. Mpho fights for her rights.

Tuesday, August 15

Thandaza falsely accuses Ranthomeng and Gugu. James is out to make Thandaza pay heavily. Mpho and Vho-Masindi fall out over Mpho not wanting a baby.

Wednesday, August 16

Thandaza finally learns the truth about Ranthomeng and Gugu. Thandaza is stung when she receives a court order from James.

Azwindini manages to win Mpho over but she shocks him with an unexpected packet from her handbag.
