Scottsville Mall supports children’s village for Mandela Day Mall helps less fortunate supported

2016-08-03 06:00

EVERY year The Mall @ Scottsville takes the time to support those less fortunate on Mandela Day and this year they decided to lend a helping hand to SOS Children’s Village.

The Mall @ Scottsville reached out to shoppers by offering them an easy way to give back and win a fantastic prize.

On 18 July, shoppers were asked to spend R67 at any of the stores in the centre and drop their till slip into the entry box. Not only was the till slip an entry into the competition, but The Mall @ Scottsville promised to donate one blanket for every till slip collected, to SOS Children’s Village. The campaign was a massive success with a total of 263 blankets donated SOS Children’s Village.

Roxanne Barnard was the winner of the competition draw and won a R500 worth of shopping vouchers. - Supplied.
