Sunflower Fund Charity Golf Day tees off

2017-06-21 06:00

THE Victoria Country Club saw 40 golfers participating in the fourth The Sunflower Fund Charity Golf Day in association with Sanlam.

Stefan Terblanche compered the evening and kept guests entertained at prize giving.

Funds raised from this golf day will enable The Sunflower Fund to create awareness, educate and recruit stem cell donors to increase the number of people registered on the South African Bone Marrow Registry.

The Sunflower Fund would like to express their gratitude to sponsors who contributed to the success of the event and especially to VCC, Sanlam, Plennegy and Terblanche, and most importantly thank participating golfers for their generosity, their support reaches above and beyond, and gives hope to leukaemia patients and their families searching for a blood stem cell donor match.
