WHY spend hundreds or even thousands on beauty products and devices, when the best advice is au natural?

Beauty hacks that work:

• Ditch the fancy cleansers and buy baby aqueous soap - your skin will clear up within weeks.

• Start the day with a glass of warm or hot water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it (use a max of a half of lemon).

• Cut out meat and processed foods, and by doing that you will do your whole body a huge favour.

• Natural beauty products, such as essential oils, herbal soaps, coconut oil and lime juice are great ways to improve your "natural" beauty.

• Never, ever bath or shower with hot water - it's bad for the skin.

• Use a soft brush to wash your face and body and it will leave your skin radiant. This works as it removes all the excess oils and dead skin cells.

• Make a "turmeric mask" from the spice rack.

• Mix tissue oil and sun block with your body lotion to keep hydrated and protected from the sun.

• A good workout or sauna session is a great way to rid of toxins in the body.

• Always wash your makeup off before going to bed and make sure you apply a good moisturiser and re-moisturise just before bed.

• Start with you - tell yourself you're beautiful, worthy and unique. – Women24.
