DESPITE the rain, many people enjoyed the evening at the Cascades Wine Festival. The festival took place at Cascades Lifestyle Centre on Friday and Saturday evenings where wine tasting was one of the delights.

Nana Sibisi, who attended the event on Saturday, told Maritzburg Fever she had a great experience and is looking forward to the next one.

“It is the first time I have attended such an event and I am happy I did. I wish something like this took place every month because it brings people together to socialise and have fun,” she said.
