Hiking: The Voetsac Hiking Club runs both weekend hikes and day walks on a regular basis. Longer hikes are held several times a year. The day walks are held on Saturdays. The club holds a monthly social meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the German Club, Lorraine St, Lorraine (just off Circular Drive). BNI Success: Meets every Wednesday from 7.15am to 9am at Café Capellini, Cape Road. Levin Plaatjies fundraiser: A pudding afternoon will be held in aid of Levin on July 12 at the Jarman Hall, Schauderville at 2:30pm. The programme will include entertainment by Levin as well as dance items. Cost is R50 per person. For info call Julia on 082 498 7826.

Barnyard Charity Market: Is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2pm at 119 Cape Road. The market is run by Toc H and all funds generated are used for different projects which include Vistarus, retirement homes, St Paul’s in Kleinskool and many more.
