THE South African Breweries (SAB) is back to embrace their wild side at the sixteenth annual SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees as sponsors.

The SPAR Kirkwood Wildsfees will take place from Friday, June 30 to Sunday, July 2.

“We are thrilled to welcome Castle Lager back to the Wildsfees. They were one of the first supporters of the event 16 years ago,” said festival director, Jenni Honsbein.

SAB will be hosting a large number of fun activities in the “Lagerville” beer tent, as well as an all-new Flavourfontein area in the main arena.

“We will be adding lots of fun with games such as beer pong and ten pin kicking. These games fit into the ethos of the festival and our brand which strives to bring friends together.

There will also be wild prizes for the winners,” said SAB events manager for the Eastern Cape, Riaan van Jaarsveld.

“Castle Lager is all about friends coming together to have fun and growing their circle of friends with good beer and good times with good friends - and that is exactly what happens at the Wildsfees.”

According to Honsbein. Castle Lager and the organisers will work closely together to encourage Festival goers to drink responsibly.

Alcohol will not be for sale to persons under the age of 18.
