BIG On Multimedia will combine two of Port Elizabeth’s best vocal groups to present an exciting show called We Love The ’90s.

Andre Mackay and Evan Frazenburg of ChapterTHREE and Craig Louw and Dominic Hendricks of Genesix will join forces to bring the best of ‘90s R&B to The Boardwalk Amphitheatre on August 11 and 12.

The cast members effortlessly combine great vocals with pinpoint choreography to give a true ‘90s performance.

Supported by a three-piece live band, they will be performing chart-topping hits by icons such as All 4 One, Tevin Campbell and Boyz II Men.

As they come from the same neighbourhood in Schauderville, the two groups have always been compared and even pitted against each other by fans.

They, however, used this perceived rivalry as motivation to work on their performances.

With the departure of members in both groups it only made sense to combine their talents for the show.

Joining them as an opening act will be local comedian Niven Spence as one of his many characters called ‘MC Dik Ding’, an aspiring rapper.

We Love The ’90s will take place at The Boardwalk Amphitheatre on Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm. Tickets at R100 per person are available from Hellen at Westway Café on 082 487 3118 or www.bigonmultimedia.co.za.
