THREE legendary lady icons, Tina Turner, Brenda Fassie and Whitney Houston will be given a befitting tribute by a cast of talented performers next month.

The musical tribute show “3 of the Greatest”, taking place at the Boardwalk, is spearheaded by arguably the best Tina Turner impersonator in South Africa, Ramaine Barreiro. She is well known for her power house vocals, sassy on-stage personality and impersonations of Turner, which have become her trademark.

Also in the lineup for the evening is Zoe Zana, who finished fourth in the 2013 SA Idols and who is currently under the mentorship of South Africa’s number one R&B artist Loyiso Bala.

She’ll bring to life the timeless songs of Fassie while Mandy Abrahams, a runner up in the 2011 edition of SA got Talent competition, will pay tribute to the likes of Houston.

“It will be a night of nostalgia as these talented South African performers pay tribute to some of the most memorable female singers of all time. Come take a trip down memory lane with us,” says Nqobile Majozi, Marketing Manager at The Boardwalk.
