2017-08-09 06:02

FAMILIES are invited to come and enjoy a fun-filled weekend at the annual carnival weekend of Otto du Plessis High School this weekend, from Friday at 4pm to Saturday.

Moms and dads will be able to purchase great treats and meals for the family and a jumping castle will also be available for the young ones.

For the adventurous there will be a mechanical bull on which contestants can find out if they have what it takes to be a bull rider.

A lucky draw of R1 000 will take place at 7:30pm in the school hall.

Saturday activities will take place at the sporting ground. All food, treats, coffee and the best hamburgers in town will be ready at the “Kosmandjie”, next to the main rugby field at 7:15am.

There will also be a veteran car exhibition and the rugby and netball teams will play against Framesby, where all the matches start at 8am.

For more information contact the school on 041 452 2184. – REPORTER
