13 stopped in their ‘drunk’ tracks

Diep River police officers arrested more than 30 people last week. Warrant Officer Keith Chandler, Diep River police spokesperson, says arrests were made for the following crimes:

. Thirteen for drunk driving

. Four for shoplifting

. Three for robbery

. Three for possession of drugs

. Two for assault

. Malicious damage to property

. Intimidation

. Contravening the immigration act

“The station can also confirm that we had 14 cases opened for theft out of cars. A huge thank you to our partners in fighting crime which include neighbourhood watches, law enforcement and traffic,” says Chandler.
