Entries for the 2016 takealot.com Cape Town 10s are now open.

After selling out this year’s event, the 2016 edition promises to be bigger, fresher and crazier with the addition of an exciting new beach volleyball event.

The tournament will once again be hosted at Hamilton’s Rugby Club from 4-6 February 2016. Three different sporting codes will be showcased: rugby, netball and beach volleyball.

Other exciting additions include the launch of their new interactive website which will encourage player and spectator banter, team sign-up incentives as well as a new event layout and new bands.

Cost of entry is as follows:

• Rugby: R26 000 (per team)

• Netball: R8 000

• Beach volleyball: R2 500

The entry package includes: two-day festival entry pass to the tournament; five guaranteed matches; custom designed kit by Canterbury; limited edition 2016 takealot.com Cape Town 10s event vest; Food Lover’s Market vouchers; physio, massage and strapping services; Castle drink vouchers; jacuzzi zones; prizes; a selection of awesome local and international bands; access to Africa’s biggest beer tent and a license for you to enjoy the weekend of the year.
