The Cape Town Art Fair recently took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

With thousands of people attending each day, and international art collectors flying in from all over the globe especially for the fair from Friday 17 February to Sunday 19 February, the fair has become a significant contemporary art event on the African continent.

A diverse display of contemporary art from leading local and international galleries was on show, with over 80 exhibitors from all over the world.

A coup for Cape Town was having 20 top-level international galleries participating in the fair.
