Family of deceased sought

Lansdowne police are looking for the family of an unknown man who was struck by a train travelling from Heathfield to Cape Town.

The incident occurred on Friday 2 September at 17:20. His body was found a few metres from Lansdowne railway station.

The deceased is in his 30s and was wearing a black jacket, brown pants and red takkies.

The body is being kept at Salt River Mortuary.
