‘Not my side of the street’

The photograph published with the article “Social ills moving in” on page 5 of People’s Post last week was intended as a location shot of the street.

Nowhere in the article is it mentioned or implied that the residents of the houses that can be seen in the photograph are involved in any of the mentioned social ills. People’s Post is also not aware of any wrongdoing by those specific residents.

Most of the residents who complained about the photograph did, however, agree that social ills have become a problem in a different part of the street.
