Police need information on baby dumped in Muizenberg

Muizenberg police are appealing for public assistance with information after the body of a new born baby girl was discovered at the Coastal Park dumping site on Baden Powell Drive in Muizenberg this morning (20 January).

Muizenberg police spokesperson Captain Stephen Knapp says an inquest docket has been registered at Muizenberg police and is currently under investigation. 

The investigating officer Detective Sergeant Milicent Teichardt is appealing to members of the public who might have any information regarding this to come forward.
