Since it’s launch last year, the Mitchell’s Plain Parkrun has gained in popularity. The sixth instalment on Saturday saw a large crowd join in the fun.

The 5km run takes place at the Westridge Gardens every Saturday from 08:00.

People’s Post reporter Samantha Lee caught all the action.
