School holidays kick off at GrandWest with the international stage show Scooby-Doo Live! Musical Mysteries this weekend.

The musical, which stars the beloved characters of the animated television series Scooby-Doo, will be at the Grand Arena from Friday to Sunday.

In the live musical show, Scooby-Doo and his gang have been called to help solve an epic mystery. A troublemaking ghost is haunting a local theatre and Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, Velma and Scooby-Doo are on their way in the Mystery Machine to crack the case.

Scooby-Doo Live! Musical Mysteries includes the Scooby-Doo theme song, “Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?,” as well as original tunes like “Round Every Corner” and “We’re Mystery Inc.”.

The audience should enjoy the crazy ghosts, puzzles, wacky characters, music and an abundance of Scooby snacks. V Tickets start at R120 each from Computicket with “meet and greet” packages available at an extra R350. WIN! WIN! WIN! V Two families can each win a set of five tickets to watch the show. SMS the word “Scooby” followed by your name and number to 45527 before 16:00 on Thursday to enter. SMSes cost R1.50.
