Disappointed by service provider Vodacom response

WE have been clients of Vodacom for many years and enjoyed uninterrupted services for the larger part those.

For the past two years we have been complaining about no service at all at our residence. We are also aware that many of the residents in our estate have complained about the same lack of service. Not to even mention the many reports read on public forums.

Despite being in to see John Hopley at the Vodacom shop in Shelly Centre and all his efforts to assist us to resolve this matter nothing has been done to improve our service.

We thank John Hopley for his tireless efforts in trying to assist us but we are now totally fed up with nothing being done by Vodacom. We have not even received a phone call from Vodacom acknowledging our complaint.

We encourage locals that are experiencing a similar situation all over the South Coast to take a stance and let’s all get together and force Vodacom to rectify the situation. Despite no service our accounts are charged to us each month as per the contract. Why should we settle for paying for a service not received?

We hope that Vodacom will read this letter and contact us regarding the way forward.

VODACOM RESPONSE

The client was contact by Vodacom and asked for the GPS co-ordinates for their house.

The client informed Vodacom they would return with the details however, only managed to bring in the info a few days ago. This query was on hold for the client to supply info to assist with a solution.

The query has been sent to the Vodacom technician in the area to try and offer a solution.
