PORT Shepstone Lions hosted a 2015 South Coast Lions Show appreciation dinner at their clubhouse in Umtentweni last Friday attended by sponsors, helpers and the press.

Guests were addressed by club president Jeff Smith who paid tribute to show convener, Lion Jean Masson, and his committee for the tremendous success of the project.

Masson thanked the sponsorships and the overwhelming support of the public as profits raised for charity were significant.

He also thanked the Port Shepstone Country Club, Tourism South Coast, all exhibitors, show entertainers, Lions, helpers and the public for their support of the project which was arguably one of the best in the event’s 30-year history.
