THE South Coast Rhema Church participated in Global Outreach Day on Saturday which saw volunteers from over 200 countries converge for a good deed to those in need in their communities.

Volunteers visited Ramsgate beach, Margate beach, Margate police station holding cells and a local centre for abused women to offer help.

“The aim was to reach people in the community who are broken and to bring them to their Saviour Jesus,” said Rhema volunteer, Eurica Noeth. The church holds weekly outreaches on a smaller scale and those interested in joining can contact Rhema on 039 314 4139.
