Entries open for Lizzard surfing competition

A NUMBER of South Coast surfers will participate in this year’s Lizzard Hurricane Summer Surf event in Umhlanga. The competition forms part of the annual Just Juice Umhlanga Summer Festival which will take place at Umhlanga’s main beach from 12 to 23 December.

The event carries over R50 000 in prize money and products. Casey Grant (25) of Scottburgh won in 2014 and is hard at work getting ready to claim the trophy again this year.
