THE NG Kerk Port Shepstone invites the South Coast community to a three-course Bible ”feast” at Suid-Natal High School on 15 January.

The event will be held to raise funds for their “cross project”.

Marinda De Jager said the project funds will be used to build a place where three crosses will be erected as a demonstration of the cross in the Bible.

“The crosses will be erected with stone art at the bottom and a seating area to symbolise a holy place where Easter functions, prayers and other biblical functions will be held,” said De Jager.

She said support from the community to raise funds for this project would be a blessing.

The fund-raising event will start at 5.30pm for 6pm.

Tickets can be purchased from the church at R45 per adult and R25 for children under 12.

Dress code for the evening is smart casual, but preferably biblical.

Pre-bookings should be made before the day.

For more information, contact the church on 039 682 0266 or 082 878 5061.
