THE Gamalakhe Youth Development Junior League game at the Cendell sports field on Saturday went well with fair weather and lady luck on the home team’s side as Gamalakhe All Stars beat Morning Stars from eNkulu 3-0.

Mhlengi Ngcobo scored the first goal just 10 minutes in. The second goal came from Unathi Mbava just after half time and Ayabonga Zungu landed the final goal.

Organisers Sibongiseni Ngcobo said the game was important for the league as the teams were big in the league. “The game started on a high note as both teams wanted an early goal, but in the end it was the All Stars that came up victorious,” said Ngcobo.
