Pageant finalist to host dinner

2017-02-16 06:02

MISS Junior South Africa regional finalist, Creleisha Moodley of Shelly Beach will be hosting a fund-raising dinner on Saturday at the New Convent Church in Protea Park.

As part of the campaign leading to the competition, finalists are required to actively participate in their community and make an impact in the lives of young girls and women.

Through the partnership of Miss Junior SA and Happy Days, Moodley is expected to assist in raising awareness by conducting a sanitary towel drive. The drive will help ensure that young girls attend school and not miss on learning due to their monthly cycle. Attendants of the fund-raising dinner will be required to pay a fee of R150 per person, which will cover dinner, drinks and entertainment.

As part of the programme, Tessa Green of Wow Factor and talk show host of the Pink Couch will be the guest speaker. Vimmy can be contacted on 082 863 2276 for bookings.
