WITH October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cansa Port Shepstone has received sponsors for its Pink Tree drive, “Pink Trees for Pauline”, which was started in 2015.

Cansa community mobiliser, Sesethu Senene and colleague Sentle Serabi wrapped trees along Marine Drive opposite Oribi Plaza in Port Shepstone on Tuesday.

Cansa thanks those who sponsored the material to cover the trees in support of breast cancer awareness and encouraged more sponsors to partner with them in the drive, all in aid of those affected with cancer.

“We would like to thank all the individuals and businesses who have sponsored pink material to wrap our trees - Glen Smith Properties, Nalan from Auto Zone, Redline Tuning and Locksmith & Car Security,” said Senene.
