Thank you for excellent service

2017-02-02 06:01

WE are a group of workers who have been working at an establishment that provides accommodation on the South Coast and we would like to thank Phumzile Mgojo of the Department of Labour in Port Shepstone for her outstanding work.

We never knew that people like her still exist in government departments because people always complain about poor service when it comes to these departments.

Mgojo is one of the few people that remind us of Dr Nelson Mandela, our former president, who always fought for what is right and the rights of his people.

We had a problem with our employer, who refused to sit down with us and discuss some of our work issues.

It got to the point where we all decided to take the matter further and involve the law, however, we did not get what we wanted. One of our fellow employees suggested we go to the Department of Labour where we met Mgojo.

She was so helpful, she listened to our cries and did her best to explain how she would be of assistance.

After a while she told us the issue had been resolved with our employer.

A very big thank you to her and we ask her to continue being of good service in her department.
