Ugu on track for Salga Games today

UGU District Municipality is ready to host nine district municipalities and eThekwini Metro for the 2016 Salga KZN-DSR Games.

France Zama, Ugu spokesperson said the games begin today 8 December, culminating on 11 December.

“District will be competing in 16 sport codes for the number one spot in the province. We will also have an opening and closing ceremony at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre,” said Zama.

The opening ceremony is 4pm today and the closing ceremony is at 4pm on Sunday.

Games will begin at 8am at different venues as shown on the schedule and the community is encouraged to support the games.
