WILD Coast Sun staff enjoyed some “wild” fun at their sporting event last Wednesday and Thursday.
Learning and development specialist, Malani Padaya- chee, said the event was a “mind-blowing” success.

The event was coupled with the launch of the Wild Coast Sun Values hosted by general manager Myan Moodley, who presented “Values” through an interactive session with the staff encouraging participation from employees from all sectors in the company.
Of the Sun Values, which included team work, professionalism, passion and customer first, Wild Coast chose “customer first” as one that epitomises its standards of service and staff swopped stories of when and where they had displayed it.
“We want more good stories and fewer disciplinaries,” said Moodley.

With the serious business aside employees donned running shoes and participated in netball, volleyball, soccer, fishing, golf, relay, a wild wave race, a bean bag race and more.
Padayachee thanked her team and the Wild Coast staff for making the event a success.
“Thank you also to the maintenance and food and beverage team for assisting me with manpower and saving me from breaking a nail - you guys rock.”
