DETECTIVES from the Nyoni SAPS are appealing to Sandile Sosha Mjadu (pictured) to come forward and assist them with investigations into a murder and attempted murder case, said KZN SAPS spokesperson, Major Thulani Zwane.

“He will be of great assistance in solving these crimes. Members of the community are also urged to call the police should they see him in the area,” he said.

With regards to the cases, Zwane said it is alleged that on 2 June last year a farmer and his brother were shot at their homestead at Nyoni Farm, in Nyoni.

He said two rifles and a pistol were taken during the robbery and that a case of murder and attempted murder was opened with the Nyoni SAPS. “The police believe that the man in the photograph can be of assistance in solving the cases.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Major Colette Bruwer of the iLembe Cluster Detectives on 083 555 0525 or 032 551 8231 or our Crime Stop number 08600 10111.
