NOSIPHO Dlamini (pictured) has been living with the Mfeka family in Ntshawini since 2008 after the family took her in because she had been abandoned and wandered into their yard.

The family believes Nosipho is between the ages 13 and 14, but cannot confirm this as she does not have a birth certificate.

That is why the family is reaching out to Nosipho’s mother, so that the mother can hand over the child’s birth certificate or assist the family with applying for one for the child.

The family said it is rumoured that Nosipho’s mother – known as Jabu to the family – resides in Thembeni and that it is believed the child’s biological father is deceased.

Anyone with information on Nosipho’s mother’s whereabouts is asked to contact Thembile Mfeka on 072 202 2216.
