NEW Covenant Fellowship North (NCF North) has a new home in Stanger.
This fast growing, non-denominational, multiracial family church - which has two other campuses on the north of KwaZulu-Natal: in Tongaat and Verulam - opened its doors on Sunday morning at 9am to the community of Stanger. Having been based at 64 Manor Drive for the last year, the multi-location church purchased the “Old Stanger Christian Centre” earlier this year, making 77 Old Main Road its permanent home.

In what is nothing short of a miracle, a team of hard working, committed members, together with the NCF North leadership, started renovations on the building on Monday, May 1 when they were handed the keys to the premises.
In preparation for the first official service on Sunday May 7, the team worked from 6am to 12am all week, radically transforming the building into phase one of what will become a state-of-the-art facility. Apostle Mervyn and Pastor Michelle Jean-Louis are the founders of New Covenant Fellowship North (NCF North). Under the apostolic covering of Dr Basil Tryon, Apostle Mervyn and Pastor Michelle founded NCF North on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal on 17 July 2011.
They fervently believe in the principle of legacy and believe that God has called NCF North to impact the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

In celebration of this momentous occasion, as well as the first anniversary of the Stanger Campus, the 200 people present were treated to cake and biryani after the service. Apostle Mervyn in a heartfelt, moving speech during which he expressed his deep gratitude to everyone who partnered with them in preparation for the first service, commented “for a celebration, we should have celebration food”.

It was clear to all present that this church is here to help the community and is prepared to work hard to make a difference. They have intentional plans in place to make an impact on the community of Stanger and their surroundings, seeing people enjoy life to their full potential, a vision that is central to NCF North. The Stanger community can look forward too many positive changes in the months and years to follow.

Service times are Sundays at 9am and Wednesdays at 7pm. 77 Old Main Road, KwaDukuza. (Old Stanger Christian Centre).
